PTTD Recovery Checklist
Use this checklist to keep your posterior tibial tendon dysfunction care consistent week to week. It is designed as a practical companion to your clinician’s plan, not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment.
Daily Tracking
- Pain level (0-10) in the morning and evening
- Swelling location and severity
- Walking tolerance and standing tolerance
- Any aggravating activity that increased symptoms
Weekly Care Adherence
- Physical therapy sessions completed
- Home exercise sessions completed
- Orthotic or brace usage consistency
- Footwear compliance (supportive shoe use)
Escalation Triggers
- Pain worsening despite rest and adherence
- Progressive arch collapse or instability
- New lateral ankle pain with activity limits
- Inability to perform previously tolerated activities
